LAYOUTS

The different layouts Divinity has suffered over time. All have been made by me so don't expect anything special!

AUGUST 08 - OCTOBER 06 : 2005

This layout features the VERY yummy Abel Nightroad from the anime/manga Trinity Blood. I love the artwork from this series and just had to make a layout featuring him. I have also adored the grunge look that many sites around the web are sporting so decided to go for a slight grunge affect. When I owned Platinum I had never done a layout like this where all the links aren't in a side menu, but I actually like how it turned out. Image from my other domain Anime Visions then made in Photoshop. Coding done by hand in Metapad.

OCTOBER 06 - NOVEMBER 03 : 2005

I recently saw Advent Children and find Vincent HOT. Sooo I just had to make a layout featuring him. The set-up looks pretty close to the past layout but was too lazy to do a side menu (I planned to but remembered I had to change a bunch of coding and didn't feel like it). I think the banner part is gorgeous and took me forever to do. Yet I couldn't get the table to work to my liking where they looked good in all browsers (the last table looked horrible in Mozilla) so spent hours messing with the tables and text until I finally got it to my liking. Yes, I like dark layouts. Anyways, same credits as above.

NOVEMBER 03 - JANUARY 23 : 2006

I LOVE Arina Tanemura's artwork and when I saw this picture I decided to throw a layout together. It took me about 30 min. to make this layout (a record) and features Shizumasa and Maguri from Shinshi Doumei Cross. I wont keep it up for long since it really isn't the greatest and looks like all my past layouts. Credit goes to Here for the image.

JANUARY 23 - JANUARY 30 : 2006

The last layout was up for ages simply because I left for Iraq at the end of November and didn't have time to make a new layout. So the first thing I did when I returned was throw together this layout. It features Akira from the Yaoi Game, Togainu no Chi. I did a side menu for the first time on Divinity. I really am not the biggest fan of having a generic menu bar as I have had but was too lazy to change so thought it was finally time.

JANUARY 30 - MARCH 03 : 2006

The last layout was really bothering me so lasted barely over a week. Anyways, this layout features some croppings of Allen from D.Gray-Man. I rarely use B&W images so went out of my comfort zone but think it still turned out really nice.

MARCH 03 - APRIL 21 : 2006

I loved the last layout so was hard for me to part with it. Yet it was time. I feel like my layout skills are not getting better but worse and worse. This is a pretty simple layout featuring Takeru from Akuma de Sourou. I love the artwork for that series so figured I should make a layout featuring it. I also finally added the bottom.txt for the php. Blah.

APRIL 21 - JUNE 29 : 2006

The first Div layout featured on Divinity. I think it turned out alright but is certainly not my favorite layout. I simply adore grey schemes and are so easy to do. The layout features Roy from Full Metal Alchemist which I got from Aethereality Gallery. The rest is history.

JUNE 29 - JULY 26 : 2006

A simple table design. This time it features a yummy doujinshi picture of Cloud from Final Fantasy VII. I like how this one turned out. Finally changed some CSS styles I've used for every layout since Divinity opened. Not much else to say!

JULY 26 - FEBRUARY 27 : 2007

And yet another simple table design. I've gotten lazy with my layouts and tables are SO easy to make. I really like the colors on this layout. Anyways, the beautiful image is done by the amazingly talented Heise and thrown together in Photoshop 7.0.

FEBRUARY 27 - MARCH 18 : 2008

I am horribly obsessed with Code Geass, especially Lelouch. So of course I had to create a layout featuring him! I accidently didn't make the layout wide enough to include a side menu so had to go back to the image map design. Features very muted colors and brushes from Hybrid-Genesis.

MARCH 18 - MAY 22 : 2008

I decided to revive Divinity and so a new layout was of course needed since the previous one had been up for over a year. This layout features artwork by Wei Liu that I got from Aethereality. It is a fairly simple layout that I personally quite like. The brushes I used on the layout come from Hybrid-Genesis.

MAY 22 - AUGUST 30 : 2008

This layout features a manga picture of Kaname from Vampire Knight. Did some different CSS techniques that took me forever to get how I liked. I overall really like the layout but not sure if I like the links as that dark red color. It might annoy me after awhile. I don't know where I got the brushes as I have had them forever.

AUGUST 30 - SEPTEMBER 21 : 2008

I have never read or seen Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn but really love the artwork. After making various decks to the characters I couldn't resist making a layout with one of the beautiful pieces of art. However, I failed horribly! I was trying some different CSS techniques, color options, and layout style and ended up not liking the color scheme. I messed around with the layout for awhile and gave up. Hopefully others like it!

SEPTEMBER 21 - May 14 : 2009

I had recently beat KHI and KHII and was still obsessed with the games, so I HAD to make a layout that featured the characters from the games. I came across the image I used from Minitokyo and couldn't resist its amazing cuteness factor. I made the layout very simple and playful looking to compliment the image and threw in a bunch of colorful css styles to complete it. I hated the last layout so it didn't even last a month, but thankfully I really like this layout <3

MAY 14 - May 25 : 2009

Decided to go for a darker layout after I had the bright and fun Kingdom Hearts layout up for so long. Features a picture of Dark Dante from Devil May Cry 4, which was drawn by my sister Milli from Lemon-Kiss.Net. Not my favorite layout but I do still like certain aspects of it. Background pattern from Hybrid Genesis and created using Photoshop and coded with Metapad.

MAY 25 - JUNE 18 : 2009

I really didn't like the last layout so I made this new layout after the last one was up for less then 2 weeks. I went for a simple earth-toned layout and I'm very happy with the results. Features an image from Minotokyo of Hitsugaya from Bleach with Textures from Hybrid Genesis. Created using Photoshop and coded with Metapad.

JUNE 18 - PRESENT : 2009

I have been in a layout making mood, so I made both these layouts together. I couldn't decide which layout I liked the best, so I decided to allow the members to select which skin THEY like the best. Credit goes to CodeGrrl for the Skins tutorial. I really love this layout and have been dying to upload it since I made it, until I finally couldn't wait any longer. Both layouts features Suzu from Peace Maker, which I scanned from my beautiful Peace Maker artbook, and textures from Colorfilter. Created using Photoshop and coded with Metapad.
